  • Vacation or sealing: file the current form with the court that handled the case

The county sheriff contact is Kitsap County Sheriff's Records Division, 614 Division Street, MS-37, Port Orchard, WA 98366, 360-337-7196. Its weekday counter hours are 9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. The Superior Court Clerk is in Room 202 at the same street address and answers 360-337-7164. That counter opens weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and 1:15 to 4:30 p.m.
